When we getaway, one of my favorite things it to be near a body of water. It completely changes the whole feeling. This cabin was right next to a rushing creek with a multiple story deck. The whole back of the cabin had windows that opened up to the creek. I could have sat there with a book and cup of coffee for hours. And we did, really. Anytime the rain let up we were out there. The boys and I enjoyed the hot tub most of the afternoon Saturday. It was the kind of place that both kids and adults would have a blast.
The inside was decked out in modern decor and perfect of a family of four plus two guests. The boys loved the bunk beds and the room full of games with a table just their size. They spent about three hours with books and games curled up swinging in the hammocks overlooking the creek. It was all so lovely and I highly recommend checking it out for your next getaway.
